WASDA began its partnership with CM Services, Inc. in Spring 2020 – at the heart of deep disruption around the globe. Despite these challenges, WASDA held a strategic planning session where four key pillars were identified for the Association. One of those pillars was Advocacy.

At that time, AIM/R’s deliverables included its Annual Conference and a couple councils. Since that time, AIM/R’s deliverables have been expanded through collaboration between AIM/R Volunteers and Staff.
