“It’s what you learn after you know it all that counts” – John Wooden

One of the most important aspects of all great leaders is their desire to continually learn and therefore, to grow. I recently came across this video published by leadership guru, John Maxwell about learning. I couldn’t agree with it more, that’s why I decided to share it.

I love the phrase, “Learn, Earn, Return”. But I don’t think it’s a cycle where we move from one stage to the next.  I actually think we are constantly learning, constantly earning and should be constantly returning in order to keep growing as leaders and to help others to grow as well. After all, how can someone be a leader if they don’t inspire others to learn?

Did you see the video? What do you think?
