CM Services, Inc. Acquires The McHugh Company
GLEN ELLYN, IL March 17, 2023 – CM Services, Inc. (CM) announced today that it has recently acquired The McHugh Company (TMC), an Association Management Company (AMC) headquartered in Hillside, Illinois.
The McHugh Company, owned by Bill and Linda McHugh has been in business since 1998 and manages four building industry trade associations with its eight employees. Its association client partners include the Firestop Contractors International Association (FCIA), the National Fireproofing Contractors Association (NFCA), the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) and the Air Distribution Institute (ADI).
CM Services’ president, Rick Church, said, “Bill and Linda McHugh built a company upon many of the same values as CM Services.
