Founded by Dick and Jeri Church in 1977, CM Services provides full service association management for trade associations and professional societies. CM Services helps associations create opportunities from their challenges and in so doing creates lifelong business relationships. Our mission is clear. Client Partner Operational Plan
Establish one year operational plan with SMART goals and budget. Implemented with CM’s accredited procedures for efficiency and security.
Client Partner Board Focus
Provide volunteer leadership training and consent agenda format for meetings to keep Board focused on plan.
Client Partner Annual Evaluation
Annually evaluate progress to plan and adjust plan and budget as necessary.
