I think it’s interesting these big companies are recognizing the importance of training, leadership development and increasing morale among their managers.
Companies like Google, General Electric and Goldman Sachs are among those who have taken a vested interest in helping their managers develop the skills they need to be successful. They offer various programs like leadership development training, coaching sessions, educational workshops and mentorship programs to help them become great leaders
